Our offer to schools includes:
Listen Imagine Compose: CPD for secondary music teachers who wish to develop their skills and abilities around teaching composing. The offer includes a termly London teachers' network for teachers who wish to develop their practice around the teaching of composing; an annual Away Day looking at issues around composing in secondary schools; a Masters in Teaching and Learning accredited by Birmingham City University; one-off CPD sessions for hubs/groups of hubs/academy chains; free resources including lesson plans. Minute of Listening: An innovative digital resource for primary schools that gives pupils the opportunity to listen and reflect on 60 seconds of music or sound every day, Minute of Listening can be used to support a number of curriculum areas. Summer School for young composers: A unique, intensive, residential course for young musicians aged 14-18 who enjoy composing and want to learn more!
